Mott MacDonald is expanding its Major Projects capability within the Water Consultancy Division and seeks a Principal Civil Engineer to lead front-end delivery of major water infrastructure programmes. You will guide schemes from feasibility through outline design, navigate DCO processes for NSIPs, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, consentable solutions.
