Mott MacDonald’s Advisory and Programme Delivery (APD) unit delivers both project, programme & commercial management (PPCM) services and advisory solutions across the built environment, defence, energy, water, environmental, transportation, health and care sectors. We deliver tailored solutions that directly address our clients’ key challenges, combining our world-leading project expertise with unrivalled programme delivery capabilities and advisory services. APD delivers services to projects ranging in scale and complexity up to £20bn, through the technical disciplines of programme management, project management, project controls, scheduling, cost management, estimating, infrastructure finance, management consulting, digital consulting and education, health and care management.

Overview of the role
Come and join our growing team of inspirational, ambitious and digitally-enabled innovation consultants working on Transport, Energy and Water projects throughout the UK. Reporting to our Innovation Director, you will manage client relationships and lead technical and commercial delivery of value directly for our clients by designing innovation approaches and delivering innovation initiatives. Drawing upon our substantial domain knowledge and combining this with purposeful innovation management and best practice approaches you will progress sustainable innovation for specialist shorter term projects and on major infrastructure programmes. We offer innovation training and coaching to the latest innovation management methodologies and digital training through AI Studio using Copilot.
