The HR Shared Services Administrator will be based in our Glasgow/Manchester city centre office; travel to an alternative office may be required for business needs (training, team meetings, etc.). This is not expected to be frequent. You will work within the HR Shared Services team and gain exposure to the full scope of an employee’s lifecycle. We are looking to fill this role quickly, so early applications are encouraged as interviews will commence soon. Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Case Management through the Mott MacDonald MyHR system
  • Handle requests such as reference requests, contractual changes, family friendly matters, resignations, new starters, probation, etc.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of processes within the HRSS team
  • Answer calls into the HRSS team in a timely manner
  • Familiarise with requests via the HRSS inbox and understand how to process them
  • Process accurate information within multiple HR systems
  • Reporting – complete actions for monthly/ad-hoc reports (audit, payroll, starters/leavers, long service awards)
  • Provide support for other ad-hoc tasks/projects as requested
  • Monthly 1-2-1s through Connect People

Candidate Specification

Essential

  • Strong administration background
  • Customer experience
  • Experience working in a process-driven environment
  • Experience with Microsoft packages: Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
  • GDPR knowledge and understanding of data privacy
  • Experience using Service Now and handling a busy inbox
