What we need from you as Hiring Manager:

Make sure you are attracting candidates to the role – this could be their first impression of the business. Some points to consider mentioning:

  • Key projects (including timescale/key clients/awards if possible) for example: ‘come work for our award-winning team’ or ‘come work with the team who worked on…’
  • Team structure (including if they will have any direct reports)
  • Systems used/technologies
  • Sustainability
  • Main responsibilities/deliverables, what will be expected of them (for example budgets, bids)

What we need from you as Hiring Manager:

What the candidate will bring/offer to the role. Make sure this is split between essential and desirable:

Essential – (max 6 bullet points) If you are unsure if something is essential, consider whether you would hire someone who met every other criterion for the role, but was missing this one criterion.

Desirable – remember for every bullet point included, you risk excluding candidates (particularly candidatesfrom diverse backgrounds). You may want to include desirable as an option for screening large pools of candidates at application stage, however to avoid limiting talent pool, try and keep these as broad as possible.

We are actively recruiting a diverse workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve. We recognise that differences in ability, skills and experience are a strength and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.

If Security Clearance Is Required

Please be advised that offers for this role are conditional upon obtaining the appropriate level of Security Clearance.
