Our Nuclear, Defence and Civil division is growing and we're looking for a talented MEP BIM Technician to join our team. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects, from defence and nuclear to energy and major infrastructure where your skills will make a real impact.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Create and develop 3D models using Revit, collaborating effectively across project teams.
  • Produce AutoCAD drawings and detailed designs through all project stages.
  • Work closely with the BIM team to ensure 3D information containers meet agreed standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Prepare schedules, specifications, and reports to support project delivery.
  • Conduct site surveys and respond to technical queries for MEP projects.
  • Support quality checks of drawings before technical review by Discipline Leads.

Candidate specification:

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of MEP service coordination and construction techniques.
  • Understanding of building regulations.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Nuclear.
  • Experience in Nuclear projects.
