About the role
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will work as part of the Mechanical Team to support the delivery of multi-disciplined projects. You will be based in the office for mechanical design work, or on site supporting delivery and commissioning depending on the project phase. You will work alongside a commissioning engineer and a supportive team that will provide opportunities to progress and develop your skills.
What you’ll do
- Work within a team to deliver engineering projects from initial concept, through detailed design, procurement and construction to client handback
- Undertake engineering calculations and utilise digital techniques to produce the design
- Liaise with sub‑contractors and suppliers
- Approve drawings and designs of suppliers
- Oversee the activity of sub‑contractors and suppliers on site
- Assist with maintaining a world‑class safety culture, including health
