Mott Mac Donald in the UK is seeking a Technical Principal with extensive civil/structural design experience to join our Energy division.
You will carry out design work on power plants, HV substations, HVDC interconnectors, and HV cable projects, leading FEED, preparing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
You will manage projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive quality and innovation while mentoring junior engineers in a supportive, collaborative environment.
