Job profile
This role involves advising and leading communications for business projects, including change and transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Engagement, you will work closely with the Communications Manager (content) and creative teams within the Group Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Advise the business (leaders, regions, functions) on the most effective and engaging ways to communicate with audiences and align communications with business strategy and objectives.
- Coordinate internal communications, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and principles. Ensure campaigns align with company strategy and promote inclusivity.
- Address requests from the Executive Board, know project requirements and interpret briefs into communications and engagement strategies.
- Explore how changes will be received by the organisation on a global scale and collaborate with Enterprise Project Management Office to develop communications and engagement strategies.
- Manage approvals and oversee shareholder communications.
- Collaborate with the regional teams to make sure all IC strategies align with global priorities, timings and messages.

- Knowledge of communication strategies and frameworks
- Ability to translate complex or technical information into simple, persuasive content across multiple channels and audiences.
- Presenting creative ideas and developing content to deliver campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Good levels of critical thinking and sees the bigger picture, as well as ensuring organisational strategic alignment.
- Self-starting and resourceful with the confidence and ability to undertake tasks and goals, see them through to completion with minimal guidance.
Desired
- University degree, college diploma or similar experience in a communications or marketing area.
- Qualification or certification from a relevant body such as IOIC or CIPR
- English to ‘A’ Level standard. Experience of working in a similar role.
- Able to learn, know, and apply new technologies.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office 365.
