About The Team: Our Aviation, Maritime and Offshore Division comprises of over 120 staff, primarily based in our Croydon office. We provide thought leadership, high quality design and advisory services to wide ranging engineering projects and clients.
Overview Of The Role: We are looking to recruit a WIN/Bid Manager to support our Aviation, Maritime & Offshore division with ongoing project control functions and drive forward efficient ways of winning work. You will manage our WIN processes and key bids, leading teams through each phase of project bidding to achieve optimal results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities And Duties Include:
- Oversee the entire bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance with client requirements.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional bid teams, including bid principals, technical experts, and legal advisors, to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
- Engage with all parties to understand a proposal's requirements, and tailor bid responses to address their specific challenges and objectives.
- Identify and assess risks associated with bids and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Ensure all bid submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
