What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver safe, sustainable water systems – pipelines, treatment facilities, dams, and reservoirs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technical solutions.
- Support projects from planning, modelling, construction, commissioning through hand‑over.
- Use digital tools and analytical methods to enhance design quality.
- Grow technical and project‑management skills through mentoring and training.
Candidate Specification
We are looking for motivated graduates with a passion for making a difference. To be eligible, you must have:
- Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, obtained no earlier than 2024, or expected to graduate in 2024.
- Demonstrated interest in the role and Mott MacDonald through modules, work experience, or research.
