About The Role
Mott MacDonald is a global engineering, management, and development consultancy. As a key member of our Ports, Coastal and Offshore (PCO) team you will contribute to technical outcomes on a variety of maritime projects including container, ro‑ro and energy terminals across the UK and internationally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading multi‑disciplinary design and engineering work – from feasibility studies and FEED to detailed design, D&B, construction documentation and site supervision.
- Coordinating project delivery activities and overseeing risk, quality and procurement activities.
- Providing technical input to new business development initiatives to grow the PCO account.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
- Travel overseas for project assignments as required.
