The work we do is at the forefront of ensuring safe water supplies for future generations, preventing urban flooding, and improving the health of our rivers and coastal environments.
Overview Of The Role
If you’re enthusiastic about creating precise 3D models, construction drawings, and design deliverables for water and wastewater projects, this role is for you. As a BIM/Revit Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Clients and manage BIM teams to transform design concepts into detailed engineering deliverables.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Management and coordination with key stakeholders and interfacing teams
- Leading the BIM delivery
- Compliance with Mott MacDonald management, quality, safety and environmental system requirements
- Coordinate and manage contract requirements (industry standard & bespoke contracts)
- Successful management of the client relationship, managing feedback, managing scope change and client expectations
Candidate specification
- Experience in the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects from concept to construction.
- Strong leadership qualities.
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree or Diploma: relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- BIM Proficiency: candidate must hold relevant experience with Autodesk AutoCAD / Revit / Civil 3D
- BIM Coordination Experience: experience in managing multi-discipline design Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Information Management Experience: experience in creating BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Attention to Detail: meticulous approach to modelling and documentation
- Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
