Job Description: Are you ready to make a meaningful impact through data-driven insights and collaborative innovation? We’re looking for a passionate and purpose-led Graduate Analyst to join our dynamic consulting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative sourcing and Industrialised Construction programmes that drive efficiency, sustainability, and societal value across industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client spend analysis to uncover opportunities for optimisation.
- Perform supply industry research and supply chain mapping to inform procurement strategy and supply chain capabilities for offsite production.
- Create detailed contractor/supplier profiles to support procurement planning.
- Participate in client stakeholder interviews and workshops, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Support the development of supply chain strategies and procurement execution plans.
- Design impactful presentation material to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Support stakeholder engagement across Industrialised Construction programmes, contributing to strategic planning and delivery coordination.
- Contribute to process optimisation initiatives, with early involvement in the development and application of procurement models.
- Assist in the integration and documentation of procurement strategies to enable efficient sourcing, supplier engagement, and delivery planning for offsite manufacture and modular construction across multiple markets.

Candidate Specification

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one in a subject related to one of the following degree disciplines:

- Supply Chain Management
