We are a fully integrated design and build business delivering water sector projects for Scottish Water across Scotland. This role will lead projects that upgrade treatment assets, enhance networks and implement resilience schemes.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a project triangle with site managers and quantity surveyors to ensure technical, constructability and commercial aspects are addressed.
- Lead the design of treatment or infrastructure projects from initial outline to detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate the project team (civil, electrical, mechanical, process designers, BIM modelers and technical specialists) to deliver designs on programme, within budget and to quality and specification.
- Conduct design in your own discipline and mentor less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
- Build positive relationships with clients' project, operational and technical assurance teams and promote a “one‑team” approach.
