About the role

  • Lead a cross-functional squad, building industry-leading products that transform the car selling experience for sellers and buyers.

  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy with your squad, other Product Managers, and senior leadership.

  • Deeply understand our customers and the market using quantitative and qualitative discovery, testing, and interviews.

  • Create and own an ambitious, outcome-driven product roadmap.

  • Work closely with your squad to scope, build, and measure innovative solutions, learn, and iterate.

  • Prioritise ruthlessly, keeping the squad focused on the most important problems, and clearly communicate your decisions.

  • Work with our data team and self-serve analytics, defining success metrics and regularly monitoring and reporting on product and feature performance.

  • Lead stakeholder sessions to update on squad progress, discovery/experiment findings, and feature impact.

  • Stay on top of tech and industry trends, highlighting how we can stay ahead.

About you

  • You've shipped world-class products at a fast-growing company.

  • Experience working on Payments products.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to achieve significant customer and business outcomes.

  • Results-oriented, delivering projects quickly, adapting to new information, and iterating for continuous improvement.

  • A desire and ability to make an impact, shown by a track record of delivering products/features with significant positive outcomes.

  • Customer-centric attitude.

  • You create amazing user experiences and understand continuous discovery, regularly engaging with users, gathering feedback, and validating assumptions.

  • Naturally analytical and fluent in data storytelling, experimentation, and analysis.

  • Appreciation for customer-centric design and best-in-class UX.
