We work closely with sellers, buyers, and financial institutions to provide exceptional service and support Motorway’s continued growth. This Payment Operations Specialist position offers the flexibility you need with core hours from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Whether you’re a student, pursuing further education, have other commitments, or simply prefer part-time work, we encourage you to apply!

In this role, you will:

  • Resolve payment issues efficiently for both dealers and sellers.
  • Oversee the entire payment process, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely completion.
  • Manage the payment support ticketing queue, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Complete work orders, approve payments, and track transactions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the administration of payment capabilities, upholding security and compliance standards.
  • Generate reports on the payment journey and processes to support data-driven decisions.
