About the role

We’re hiring a Team Leader for our Brighton-based Seller Sales team. This is a rare opportunity to join an established operation with a strong track record, but where we’re now ready to raise the bar. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Agents, supporting daily performance, and driving continuous improvement through effective coaching, motivation and management oversight. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on people manager who knows how to get the best out of a sales team. This role is not a stepping stone into people leadership - it’s designed for someone who already has the fundamentals and is hungry for a bigger challenge. You’ll bring energy, accountability and a strong coaching ethos, helping us build a high-performance culture and set the standard for the future.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day running of a high-performing sales team - a team of up to 14 Contact Centre agents
  • Drive individual and team performance against a range of KPIs
  • Coach regularly and effectively to build skill, resilience and accountability
  • Use data and dashboards to manage the team – spot trends, address issues, share insights
  • Deliver 1-2-1s, performance reviews and development plans that have real impact
  • Manage attendance, adherence and wellbeing in a fair, visible way
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improved business outcomes
  • Bring energy and creativity to drive motivation and results
  • Take ownership of issues, initiatives and working practices
  • Work as effectively and collaboratively part of a broader management team

About you

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader in a contact centre or fast-paced sales environment
  • Comfortable leading from the front and holding people accountable
  • Strong coaching mindset – knows how to build capability
  • Resilient and action-oriented – works at pace and keeps things moving
  • Good commercial understanding of how contact centre sales performance links to wider business goals
  • A data-literate operator who can use insights to make better decisions
  • Positive, driven, and able to influence others across teams

You’ll thrive here if

  • You want to make your mark on an established team
  • You value ownership, autonomy and trust
  • You believe that coaching is more than a buzzword
  • You like being in the thick of it - making decisions, solving problems and leading from the front
  • You want a role with clear potential to develop further

Our interview process
