Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot and Omoda & Jaecoo. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.

We are now looking for an experienced Technician / MoT tester for our Fiat, Abarth, JEEP, SEAT and CUPRA Aftersales department.

About you

  • Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Main Dealer experience, although not essential.
  • MoT Certification
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times and lead by example.

Duties will include:

  • Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
  • Car repairs and servicing.
  • Diagnostics.
  • MOT testing.
  • Highlighting up-selling opportunities.
  • Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working confidently both on your own and alongside a team.

Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays paid as overtime).

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Industry leading salary of £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus Scheme (OTE £40k)

  • You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
  • 4-day working week option (on rota) following successful probation
