Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot and Omoda & Jaecoo. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King's Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.
Due to an increasing workload, we are now looking for an experienced Technician for our Fiat, Abarth, Citroen and Peugeot Aftersales department.
About you
- Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Main Dealer experience.
- Experience with our brands would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
- A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example.
Duties will include:
- Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
- Car repairs and servicing.
- Diagnostics.
- MOT testing.
- Highlighting up-selling opportunities.
- Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working confidently both on your own and alongside a team.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Industry leading salary of £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.
- Bonus Scheme (OTE £40k).
- CBS Car Scheme.
- Company pension.
- 22 days holiday (5-day week) or 18 days holiday (4-day week) plus Bank Holidays.
- You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
A driving licence is essential for this role. Our normal working hours are 4 or 5 days per week (weekdays only).
