Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024, and we continue to grow and develop moving forward.
We are recruiting for a full-time Parts Advisor for our multi-brand branch at Interchange Park, Bedford. At Dunstable, we are delighted to represent the fantastic Hyundai brand, which is at the forefront of automotive technology and a class leader in EV vehicles. With an ever-increasing market share, it is an exciting time to strengthen our relationship with the brand. Dunstable is our third Hyundai site, as we currently represent Hyundai at Bedford and Norwich.
Experience of working in a busy multi-franchise main dealer parts department is desirable, along with knowledge of using Keyloop Dealer Management Systems (or an equivalent) and an electronic cataloguing system. Parts experience is essential, along with a history of working under pressure and hitting targets.
You will be taking calls from local independent garages, assisting retail and trade customers on our counter, and will be charged with hitting your own sales targets and building the customer base of the branch. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This is a varied and challenging role, suited to someone who can work well both in a team and individually.
We provide a basic salary of £32,000 PA with a generous bonus structure (OTE £37k). The current working pattern is full-time, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), with occasional Saturdays required (payable overtime). You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
