We are now looking for an experienced Sales Controller to work at our Norwich Hyundai branch.

About you
You will have:
- Atleast 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
- Excellentcommunication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Anability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
- Apositive attitude at all times and always lead by example
The Role
Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplished senior sales executive looking to move up to the next level. This is a sales role and as such you will be required to sell our products as well as support your team and second-face their customers.
Our working pattern is 5.5 days average (5 days week 1 and 6 days week 2), including weekends.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be expected to:
- Drivethe business forward by maximising sales and profitability
- Support,coach and mentor your team and lead by example at all times
- Ensureyour pitch is presentable at all times in line with company standards
- Maintainyour stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROI
- Consistentlyimprove customer satisfaction
- Handleany customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
Remuneration and Benefits
We offer:
- Industryleading salary of £27,000 with an OTE of £40,000 but this is uncapped -our highest earners achieved over £50,000!
