MotorTech AI is at the forefront of a revolution in automotive retail. We’ve built AIME — a groundbreaking AI solution that transforms how dealers engage customers, qualify leads, and close sales. We’re in rapid growth mode, already live across UK dealerships, and now we’re looking for a hungry Business Development Manager to join our team at HQ in Petersfield, Hampshire.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a role for someone looking to coast. We want a driven, sleeves-rolled-up, “make it happen” operator who can take ownership of dealer growth. You’ll be the one picking up the phone, meeting dealers, winning accounts, and then building your own sales team as we scale.
You’ll have the chance to be part of an early-stage, high-growth tech company where your input directly shapes success — and your earnings reflect it.
What you’ll do
- Drive new B2B sales into independent and group motor dealers across the UK
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline from outreach through to close
- Roll up your sleeves and hit ambitious targets — no excuses
- Build and lead a team beneath you as growth accelerates
- Represent MotorTech AI at industry events, dealer meetings, and trade shows
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B sales track record — ideally in the automotive dealer tech space
- Relentless drive: you’re motivated by targets and don’t wait for leads to land on your desk
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role and build a team
- Based within commuting distance of Petersfield, Hampshire (office-based role)
