Motorsport Vision (MSV) are seeking experienced Freelance Chefs to support our Hospitality team at Brands Hatch Circuit during some of our biggest promoted motorsport events throughout the 2026 season. Working across our hospitality suites, you will support our premium Brabham Stewart Suites, assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality cold buffet dishes for VIP hospitality guests. You will also support catering within our Clark and Stirling corporate suites, which cater for up to 400 guests during major events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing a range of fresh cold buffet dishes for VIP hospitality service
  • Ensuring food is presented to a high standard suitable for premium hospitality areas
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation throughout service
  • Supporting the wider hospitality kitchen team during busy event periods
  • Working efficiently to meet service timelines for large guest numbers

Requirements

  • Previous experience working at Sous Chef level or above in professional kitchens, ideally within corporate hospitality environments
  • Ability to work confidently in a high-volume event or hospitality environment
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards
  • Flexibility to work event dates, including weekends and early starts
  • A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach

  • GT World Challenge Europe: 27 April to 3 May
  • Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship: 6 to 10 May
  • American SpeedFest: 3 to 7 June
  • ZYN British Superbike Championship: 13 to 19 June
  • British GT & GB3 Championship: 23 to 27 September
  • Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship: 6 to 11 October
  • ZYN British Superbike Championship: 12 to 18 October
  • Trucks & Fireworks in Association with Dynes: 26 October to 1 November
