Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a varied, hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? MSV, the UK\’s leading motorsport circuit operator, is looking for a Group HR Advisor to join our Group HR team, based at the iconic Donington Park Circuit.

This is a fantastic new opportunity to play a key role in supporting our venues and teams across the UK with employee relations, HR policy, wellbeing, and more, all within a unique and exciting motorsport setting.

In this role you will:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the MSV Group, working closely with managers and employees to deliver pragmatic advice and guidance on all aspects of HR
  • Advise on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Support and coach managers through formal processes and hearings
  • Ensure legal compliance and consistency in the application of HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor absence and support wellbeing and return-to-work plans
  • Help shape and deliver HR training sessions to upskill managers
  • Assist with policy development and compliance with employment law and data protection
  • Contribute to wider HR initiatives, projects, and recruitment events across the group
  • Be based at Donington Park, and regular travel to other MSV circuits will be required to maintain strong relationships and provide visible, proactive HR support.

For this role you will have / be:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, with case management experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

In addition, any of the following would be an advantage:

  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience working in hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar fast-paced sectors
  • Background in a multi-site or group role

This role will be full time with an on site requirement and a base at the Donington Park Circuit Office. Due to the location of our venues, a full UK driving licence is essential for the role.
