Coordinador Deportivo – Circuito de Navarra

El Circuito de Navarra es una de las principales instalaciones del motor de la península, que ha sido recientemente remodelada con los más altos estándares por su propietario y operador MotorSport Vision (MSV), dirigido por el Director Ejecutivo y ex piloto de F1 Jonathan Palmer.

Tras una reestructuración del Departamento Deportivo, estamos buscando un Coordinador Deportivo que proporcione apoyo a nivel operativo y administrativo al equipo.

Como Coordinador Deportivo en el Circuito de Navarra, desempeñarás un papel clave en la prestación de apoyo, principalmente durante las carreras, pero también durante otras actividades cotidianas, incluidos los días de test y rodadas, tanto de motos como de coches.

Tus funciones como Coordinador Deportivo consistirán en:

– Desempeñar el papel de Director de Carrera en algunos eventos, incluida la actividad entre semana

– Garantizar que el personal de las carreras, incluidos los comisarios, dispongan del material y el equipo adecuados para realizar su trabajo

– Realizar inspecciones de seguridad en pista

– Organizar los vehículos necesarios para las carreras, incluidos el coche médico y el Safety Car

– Establecer contactos con los proveedores existentes para los eventos de carreras y evaluar otros nuevos, en consulta con la Directora Deportiva

– Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los compañeros del departamento para garantizar que todos los costes de carreras se ajustan a los presupuestos acordados

– Elaborar informes detallados después de cada evento

– Asistir a cursos y seminarios de la federación, según sea necesario

– Proporcionar apoyo operativo y administrativo general a la Directora Deportiva

Requisitos:

– Permiso de conducir B1

– Experiencia previa en la organización de eventos del motor

– Capacidad para trabajar un número significativo de fines de semana a lo largo del año

– Amplios conocimientos informáticos, incluido Microsoft Office

– Gran capacidad de comunicación, tanto escrita como verbal

– Nivel intermedio de inglés

– Capacidad de trabajo en equipo

– Excelentes dotes organizativas
