GB3 / 4, the UK’s leading single seater championship, are seeking a full-time Stores Person to join the team at Bedford Autodrome. This is a fantastic opportunity to familiarise and start your career within a race paddock environment. Throughout the week, you will be based at our Bedford Autodrome / PalmerSport facility assisting with parts for the GB3/4 teams. You will also work race weekends for the GB3/4 championship, travelling to race events to assist with the Stores truck operations.

Job duties will involve:

  • Picking and packing orders ready for upcoming race weekends and events
  • Working as part of the stores team to keep the warehouse stocked with components for the GB3 & GB4 championships
  • Liaising with race teams providing them with required additional parts throughout a race weekend
  • Working within strict timeframes to ensure all teams' requirements are fulfilled
  • Loading/unloading the GB3/4 parts trucks in between events
  • Keeping the stores at Bedford a clean and safe environment to work for all members of staff
  • Helping to set up and pack down truck and awning(s) at race events
  • Logging deliveries/stock levels on a stock management system
  • Working with the workshop team to accurately pick and compile parts quickly and efficiently

To apply for the role you must meet the below criteria:

  • Previous experience in a Stores/Warehouse role is essential
  • Knowledge of car components (ideally single seaters) is desirable
  • Able to attend and work throughout race weekends
  • Able to complete HGV 1 licence after probation period
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • CPC licence would be an advantage but not essential and must be willing to undertake upon successful probation period
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft systems

Throughout the 2026 season, GB3 will travel to Spa Francorchamps (30/31st of May), Hungaroring (4/5th July), Red Bull Ring (11/12th July), and Circuit de Barcelona (7/8th November) in four exciting European race weekends. This does however mean that you will need to be able to travel freely in and out of the UK. Core working hours are 42.5 hours Monday to Friday + race weekends, but hours are ultimately driven by business needs. The list of required race weekends can be found here; however, flexibility will be required on weekend availability through the whole of the race season (typically March to October).
