We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Instructors to join the PalmerSport team at Bedford Autodrome. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional driving instruction to our clients, ensuring a safe and exhilarating experience on the track. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of PalmerSport by delivering a first-class customer experience and sharing your passion for motorsport.

Aspiring instructors undergo a rigorous selection process, combining exceptional driving skills, comprehensive knowledge of various racing/high-speed driving techniques, and impeccable customer service. Responsibilities of a PalmerSport Instructor:
- Conducting high-speed driving instruction sessions for individuals and corporate groups
- Providing comprehensive pre-drive briefings to participants, emphasising safety and proper driving techniques
- Assisting clients in mastering high-performance vehicles
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive and memorable experience for all participants
- Collaborating with other instructors and staff to ensure smooth operation of driving events
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications / Experience required:
- Experience either as a professional race driver or advanced/high-speed driving instructor, with a focus on high-performance vehicles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Full valid UK driving licence (ARDS desirable but not essential)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
You must be able to commute to and from Bedford Autodrome; travel expenses are not covered. You must also be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week, Monday β Saturday and have a full UK driving licence.
