- Aggregate and analyse data from wider organisational sources (CRM systems, event registration platforms, motorsport-specific platforms, Finance and Member Services).
- Work closely in partnership with the Marketing, Commercial, and Member Services teams to align data insights with organisational goals.
Additional Responsibilities
In addition to the primary objectives listed above, the Business and Marketing Analyst will be responsible for:
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate campaign effectiveness and member engagement trends to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to Membership growth, event attendance, digital engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to optimise digital campaigns, content strategies, and event promotions.

- Conduct research on motorsport trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform Marketing strategy.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Contribute to the planning and evaluation of pilot campaigns, and new member initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing efforts for member engagement, growth and changes in demographics.
- Support the Commercial team with reporting for sponsors and partners with data-driven insights on reach and engagement.
- Evaluate customer segmentation and targeting effectiveness.
- Own our member survey strategy collating insight and advising on survey best practice.
