The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

To assemble, service and sign-off assemblies required for the running of race, test, PR and customer cars and rigs.

Main Duties

  • Build, strip and service WF1 and customer suspension, brake, steering, Power Unit Integration & Drive-train components to a consistent high standard of competitiveness, safety and reliability, ensuring all assemblies conform to current Engineering and Manufacturing policies and procedures.
  • Carrying out duties as instructed by the Component Assembly Team leader as per the daily work list.
  • Critically evaluate all components during assembly and disassembly, ensuring their integrity and reporting all faults.
  • Operate pass-off and test rigs as required.
  • Highlight any assembly/quality issues to the Team leader or relevant design authority.
  • Ensure all assemblies are built to deadlines.
  • Ensure that all build and component information is recorded and maintained as required in relevant systems.
  • Ensure the Component Assembly work environment and equipment is maintained to the highest standards of tidiness, presentation and safety.

  • Ensure understanding of cost cap rules and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience Level

  • Experience building complex components; component assembly/sub-assembly experience in F1, F2 or Sports Car Racing.
  • Ideal candidate would be comfortable using Teamcenter PLM and CAD systems.
  • Familiarity with Lifing systems.
  • Experience with ERP & Manufacturing execution systems an advantage.
