2025 sees MoneyGram Haas F1 Team celebrate its tenth season in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We’re a racing team – not a corporate machine. We have three HQs – Kannapolis in the US, Banbury in the UK and Maranello in Italy – each powered by passionate, loyal and hardworking team ambassadors. Position Summary
This position reports to the Head of Social & Content or their designee; is located in Banbury, UK. The role is part of the creative team responsible for all aspects of video production, from initial concept to delivery. This includes the planning, filming, editing and logging of video content for broadcast across the company’s digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
- Pre-Production – Planning shoots, creating production plans and working with the wider content and social creative team in deliverables.
- Creative Concept Development – Generate original and engaging video content ideas and contribute to creative ideas for platform-based trends which align with goals and audience interests.
- Filming – Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to capture professional, high-quality footage in line with project briefs, tailored for a variety of video formats.
- Post-Production Editing – Editing video footage ensuring the final product aligns with the project brief. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and other editing tools to produce polished, engaging content.
- Post-Production Logging – Log and archive video footage to maintain an accurate, up-to-date archive for company and partner use. Manage digital asset libraries to ensure easy access and streamlined workflow.
- Collaboration – Work with key stakeholders and team partners to develop and execute video projects.
- Equipment Management – Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Industry Trends – Keep up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies.
- Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Social & Content or their designee.
Education and Work Experience
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of work experience in video content shooting and editing – preferably within motorsport or sports-based platforms.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Technical proficiency – strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting and sound equipment and video editing/logging software systems.
- Creative skills – ability to interpret creative briefs, develop compelling narratives, and tell stories through video.
- Communication and collaboration – ability to work effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Project management – ability to manage multiple projects to a high standard, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving – ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to changing project requirements and use initiative to find solutions in a fast paced environment.
- Work to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations.
- Quick decision-making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical way.
- Work well within a team environment with personnel at all levels.

Equipment and Applications
- Familiarity with industry-standard videography equipment, including Sony professional camera kits, lighting, and audio gear. Familiarity with post-production editing and logging software platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as familiarity with post-production editing and logging software platforms.
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and uploading content.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require extensive domestic and international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.
- This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast-paced work environment with machinery, race cars, and other demanding setups. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy and relevant statutory Health and Safety legislation.
