We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy. In this role you will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.
STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISITION- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
