ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for all domestic and international travel arrangements across our global motorsport business. Working closely with event teams, engineers, drivers, and senior management, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising complex travel itineraries for personnel – ensuring everything runs smoothly on time, and within budget.
The role and responsibilities include:

Plan and book international and domestic travel for team members, including flights, accommodation, rental vehicles, and visas.

Coordinate travel requirements across all motorsport events and testing programmes.

Ensure compliance with travel policies and visa requirements for all destinations.

Managing ad updating travel documentation for all on-event staff.

Production of supporting documentation such as movement schedules and itineraries.

Manage last-minute changes and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.

Track costs and manage budgets in line with programme work statements.

Work closely with operations departments to align personnel and freight movements.

Proven experience in travel coordination, logistics, or a similar role – ideally within a fast-paced environment or international setting.
