FF Corse holds a unique position in the motorsport industry as the only organisation providing a complete range of technical, logistical, and personal support services exclusively for Ferrari drivers, from track day enthusiasts to professional racers.
Established over 17 years ago, FF Corse specialises in coaching, managing, and supporting drivers through every stage of their motorsport journey. Today, we manage 35 racing Ferraris and have achieved over 260 race wins, 13 Championships, and 3 World Titles.
Based at our Silverstone offices and workshops, the Team Coordinator will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of our on-track programmes. This is a dynamic, hands-on position supporting team logistics, operations, and race events in the UK and Europe.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive individual with a genuine passion for motorsport and a strong understanding of race team environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and book contract technicians and instructors for events
- Liaise with the customers to arrange and confirm event bookings
- Arrange and book team travel, including flights, hotels, hire cars etc
- Conduct circuit bookings and track day and test events
- Coordination of available track day, test days and race meetings on the events calendar
- Assist and coordinate the loading of customer and hospitality equipment for events
- Manage team and driver kit inventory
- Produce and distribute event information to the team and clients
- Attend events when required
- Assist in set-up, build and breakdown where necessary on events
- Actively upsell and increase customer bookings
- Assist with social media and marketing activities
- Assist with the administration of ATA Carnets for overseas events
- Assist with the administration of truck and trailer servicing, testing and DVLA requirements
- Comply with and uphold the high standards of company compliance and health and safety
About You
- Exceptionally high standards of work, organisation, and presentation
- A hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in motorsport operations, logistics, team coordination, or a related role
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel as required
- Must have the right to work in the UK
