McLaren is seeking a Finance Lead to own end-to-end ERP finance design within the ERP programme. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will map and govern core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), define data models, and partner with technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant financial solutions.
In this hybrid role based at the McLaren Technology Centre near Woking, you will drive governance, data integrity, and UAT/SIT testing, ensuring audit-ready delivery and value realization.
