We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Stores Person to join our well-established composites stores team.

This is a key role supporting the wider supply chain plus the technical and manufacturing areas from the design to build of our championship winning cars.

This is a permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure stores environment
  • Experience within Motorsport or Aerospace (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong commitment to delivering work to the highest standards
  • High levels of accuracy, organisation, and traceability when receiving, storing, and distributing parts
  • Ability to work closely with planners, buyers, and other stakeholders
  • Confidence in identifying shortages and maintaining strong inventory control
  • Ability to pick parts to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience performing stock checks, stock takes and cycle counts
  • Strong skills using digital stock management systems and ERP software
  • Self‑motivated, able to work effectively without direct supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, time‑sensitive environment
  • Willingness to work various shifts
  • Counterbalance forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
