Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is seeking a highly organised, strategic and proactive Partnership Operations Manager to lead the delivery of key partnership assets and operational programmes.

This role is central to ensuring our partners receive world-class service overseeing a broad portfolio of operational workstreams including Technical Wear, Hospitality Inventory Management, Talent Operations, Branding and key commercial projects.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between the Commercial, Race Team and Operations functions, ensuring all partner commitments are delivered to the highest standard whilst driving operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Wear & Branded Assets Management

Responsibilities include

  • Management of driver and mechanic technical wear programmes in partnership with the team's technical apparel partner.
  • Oversight of branded seat belts, ensuring accurate branding implementation and supplier coordination.
  • Management of driver helmet branding, including partner helmet takeovers and approval processes.
  • Management of pit crew helmets, including supplier relationships, design approvals and forecasting.
  • Coordination of branding updates, production schedules, quantities and delivery requirements with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Liaison with Driver Management, Race Team personnel and Commercial stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered correctly.
  • Asset Takeovers & Branding Programmes

Responsibilities include

  • Managing takeover trackers and approval processes for helmets, technical wear and car branding.
  • Coordinating branding updates across partner-facing and race team assets.
  • Ensuring all branding implementations comply with contractual commitments and brand guidelines.
  • Working closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Design and Race Team stakeholders to manage approvals and implementation timelines.
  • Hospitality Inventory Management

Responsibilities include

  • Ensuring contractual ticket entitlements are delivered accurately and efficiently whilst maximising inventory utilisation across the season.
  • Managing demand forecasting, budget planning, pricing reviews and supply and demand analysis.
  • Acting as a key point of contact with Formula One, GPT and race promoters.
  • Coordinating internal forecasting meetings and final ticket submissions.
  • Working closely with Partnerships, New Business, Finance and Trackside Operations teams to manage requests, allocations and inventory planning.
  • Talent Management

Responsibilities include

  • Overseeing the planning and coordination of driver ambassador schedules across race weekends, partner events, commercial appearances and content capture opportunities.
  • Managing partner talent requests, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled whilst balancing commercial priorities, driver availability and operational requirements.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements for designated driver ambassadors.
  • Acting as a key liaison between Driver Management, Partnerships, Trackside Operations and external stakeholders to ensure seamless talent delivery.
  • Maintaining oversight of talent scheduling systems, planning tools and reporting processes to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Reviewing and approving talent briefing materials, ensuring drivers and ambassadors are fully prepared for all appearances and activations.
  • Supporting the development of talent utilisation strategies that maximise commercial value and partner engagement opportunities.
  • Supporting annual talent forecasting, budget planning and utilisation strategies to maximise commercial value and partner engagement opportunities.
  • Travel Management

Responsibilities include

  • Managing travel forecasts and budget assumptions.
  • Coordinating travel requirements with senior stakeholders and the Travel team.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for travel-related planning and queries.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of travel processes and operational planning.
  • Project Management

Responsibilities include

  • Coordinating Partner Operations involvement across major pre-season activities, including car launches, photoshoots and filming days.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of major mid-season activations and events, including Goodwood Festival of Speed, demo runs and commercial activations.
  • Acting as the central point of coordination between internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, operational requirements and stakeholder communications.
  • Leading the development and implementation of new commercial assets, partner experiences and operational processes to support departmental growth and continuous improvement.
  • People Management

Responsibilities include

  • Mentoring, developing and supporting team members across the Partnership Operations department.
  • Driving best practice, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in partnerships operations, events, logistics or project management, ideally within motorsport, sport or premium events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets and operational delivery programmes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sponsorship and partnership delivery.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Significant experience in motorsport, sport, hospitality, events or partnership operations, with experience managing complex stakeholder programmes.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work from the Silverstone office five days per week and travel internationally when required.
