About the Role

M-Sport UK is a world-renowned motorsport organisation, best known for running the Ford World Rally Team and delivering high-performance engineering to customers across the globe. From rally stages to racetracks, we push the limits of innovation, performance, and teamwork.

We’re now looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of M-Sport UK at our headquarters in the heart of the Lake District. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering first-class customer service.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Greet all visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiry emails.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logs.

  • Coordinate deliveries and post (incoming and outgoing).

  • Provide administrative support to departments as required (e.g. filing, data entry, document prep).

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

  • Support the organisation of company events and hospitality when required.

  • Manage on-site clothing stock, including team kit and staff uniform.

  • Working with our Tour Guide to handle enquiries and take bookings for our factory tours.

  • Maintaining, purchasing and auditing of stationary supplies and stock, as well as kitchen stock and utensils.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Friendly, professional, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills.

  • Well-presented with a strong attention to detail.

  • Organised and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Polite and well-mannered with excellent telephone etiquette.

  • Hardworking and willing to help colleagues and management when needed as there will be opportunity to take on further responsibilities as desired.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house, customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
