Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Build Specification Engineer to own and manage the car's technical definitions and build specifications across events in the UK. You will define what is fitted to each car, when it is fitted, and in what configuration, while coordinating between design, production, assembly and race operations to ensure coherence and readiness.

The role demands deep F1 car knowledge, independence in driving tasks, and proactive communication with stakeholders to maintain.
