Creative Development & Brand Design
- Deliver high-quality, visually compelling work across print, digital and social including marketing collateral, web assets, infographics and deck presentations.
- Take briefs and turn them into bold, culturally relevant creative across multiple channels and formats.
- Create impactful branding concepts and presentation decks for prospective partners.
- Develop concept-first creative solutions that challenge convention and push work beyond the expected.

Brand Management, Collaboration & Culture
- Be an advocate for and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all outputs aligned with VCARB brand guidelines.

- Support the Commercial Team by creating impactful branding concepts and presentation materials for prospective partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and creative partners.
- Contribute creative thinking and cultural insight across fashion, music, art, sport and youth culture initiatives.
- Confidently challenge briefs, back creative ideas and push the quality of work further.
Production, Operations & Team Contribution
- Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent quality across all printed materials.
- Oversee the design and production process to ensure work is delivered accurately and to the highest standard.
- Manage the file architecture of all design work to ensure projects can be easily located, accessed and maintained.
- Deliver work within tight deadlines and changing priorities whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Work in a professional manner at all times and proactively promote a positive image of the department, team and sponsors.
Experience
- Strong midweight designer with a bold, culturally aware portfolio full of energy and ideas.
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant agency or in-house marketing experience demonstrating confidence working with major brands.
- Portfolio that demonstrates concept-first thinking and strong execution across multiple formats.
- Experience creating for digital and social-first platforms.
- Sharp eye for branding, typography and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, colour, layout and composition.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Acrobat.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
