Based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, just five minutes from M1 Junction 20, our state-of-the-art workshop is equipped to handle every aspect of mechanical and bodywork restoration to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing race cars for UK and European events
  • Carrying out full ground-up rebuilds and restorations
  • Gearbox rebuilding
  • Fibreglass bodywork fitting and assembly
  • Attending race meetings and test days across the UK and Europe

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in classic car restoration and race preparation
  • Race team experience is an advantage, though not essential
  • General knowledge of light fabrication and welding preferred
  • A meticulous perfectionist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for historic motorsport
  • Reliable, organised, deadline-driven, and able to follow precise instructions
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Keen to develop new skills and thrive as part of a successful, supportive team
  • Full UK driving licence (CE certification preferred, or willingness to train)

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Weekend work will be required to support UK and European race events.

Salary:

Competitive and negotiable, based on experience. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Lutterworth facility.
