Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing race cars for UK and European events
- Carrying out full ground-up rebuilds and restorations
- Gearbox rebuilding
- Fibreglass bodywork fitting and assembly
- Attending race meetings and test days across the UK and Europe
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in classic car restoration and race preparation
- Race team experience is an advantage, though not essential
- General knowledge of light fabrication and welding preferred
- A meticulous perfectionist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for historic motorsport
- Reliable, organised, deadline-driven, and able to follow precise instructions
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Keen to develop new skills and thrive as part of a successful, supportive team
- Full UK driving licence (CE certification preferred, or willingness to train)
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Weekend work will be required to support UK and European race events.
Salary:
Competitive and negotiable, based on experience. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Lutterworth facility.
