The Licensing Executive, Retail plays a key role in bringing the Formula 1 brand to life through product, driving both commercial growth and fan engagement across global markets. From concept through to market performance, you will help ensure products not only meet brand standards but resonate with fans and drive commercial success. This role involves supporting the management and growth of a key global licensee responsible for our brand's apparel and accessories categories.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day‐to‐day support of a key apparel & accessories licensee including central coordination across teams, product timelines, and marketing planning.
  • Lead the management of product approvals end‐to‐end with licensee, ensuring brand alignment, consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate elements with external brand collaborators to help product collaborations launch.
  • Develop sell‐in materials and identify trends to drive growth.
  • Maintain data and reporting systems, update trackers, and support revenue/forecast reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Knowledge & Skills

Prior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate:

  • Experience or understanding of retail, licensing, merchandising, or consumer products.
  • Ability to manage product approvals, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify commercial trends and insights.
  • Experience working with reporting, data, and internal systems (e.g. Salesforce, BrandComply or similar).
  • Understanding of wholesale and direct‐to‐consumer business models (preferred).
