About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Operations Executive to help drive the performance of our Hospitality and Events Team. This role sits at the centre of our gifting and collateral operations, managing the end‑to‑end execution that makes our hospitality programme distinctive. Working closely with Brand and Design, you will translate gifting concepts into delivery - overseeing production, budgets, freight and distribution across all hospitality environments. Your focus will be operational excellence: coordinating with suppliers, managing warehouse operations, overseeing international logistics and ensuring seamless trackside distribution. From concept approval to a guest receiving their gift, you will own the execution to our exacting standards. You will also support major hospitality events throughout the year, providing operational and logistics expertise both in planning and onsite delivery.

- Work with Brand and Design to deliver gifting and collateral from concept to production.
- Coordinate all gifting delivery across trackside environments including Paddock Club, Paddock, Hospitality Clubs and internal initiatives.

- Source, negotiate and manage a global supplier network.
- Oversee warehouse and inventory operations, including stock control and hands‑on packing when required.
- Manage international transportation, customs processes and on‑time delivery to race venues worldwide.
- Provide onsite logistics support at key races, overseeing gifting distribution.
- Support internal gifting programmes across departments.
- Track budgets and reconcile gifting and logistics spend.
- Support several hospitality events annually with operational, logistics and guest management expertise.
- Contribute to onsite coordination to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
