The Role

We’re looking for an experienced mechanic to work across both workshop and race operations, managing and supporting the preparation, restoration and running of historic race cars. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, where your work directly contributes to car performance and trackside delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparation, maintenance and setup of historic race cars
  • Mechanical assembly, rebuilds and restoration projects
  • Fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical and chassis systems
  • Supporting cars at UK and international race events
  • Managing your own workload and documenting work carried out
  • Working closely with the team to deliver cars to the highest standard
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working professionally on historic or classic vehicles (essential)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues end‑to‑end
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to manage your own time and projects
  • Strong team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events
  • Full UK driving licence

The Reality
