Are you ready to accelerate your career with a dynamic and innovative F1 team? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Production to join our team. Our team is dedicated to excellence, pushing technical and operational boundaries to achieve our goal of podiums and race wins. The Role

  • Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will effectively manage and lead employees across our nightshift to ensure production targets are met alongside creating an efficient quality driven team.
  • You’ll achieve this through building strong relationships across the nightshift team and embedding a culture of teamwork.
  • Day to day management of nightshift employees creating an environment of collaboration and engagement.
  • Participate in staff selection, development, training and performance to attain business goals and expectations.
  • Allocate responsibilities, tasks and targets to ensure efficient operation of departments.
  • Support the fulfilment of production targets that have been set by Programme Management, across the shift.
  • Resolve issues and challenges encountered during nightshift considering people, business impact and performance.
  • Processing of production actions where nightshift cover does not currently exist (works order management, ERP transactions).
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting resolutions to improve throughput on the nightshift.

About You

We are looking to enhance our team with someone who is a passionate people manager with the combined drive to achieve production targets. You’ll have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes with great attention to detail and high quality standards. You’ll have the ability to lead shift activities, providing an effective environment for the team.
