We’re seeking passionate and talented graduates to join our Aerodynamics department and play a key role in getting us on the grid. These positions offer the chance to work on cutting‑edge projects that directly influence race car performance in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

As a graduate, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with real responsibilities from day one, develop your technical skills through mentorship and collaboration, and be exposed to the full aerodynamic development lifecycle—from conceptual design to trackside correlation.

We are currently recruiting for:

  • Graduate Aerodynamics Engineer

Purpose of the Graduate Programme

Our graduate programme is designed to fast‑track the professional growth of engineers who are technically driven, detail‑oriented, and hungry to deliver world‑class performance in motorsport. You will rotate or embed into key technical functions, work with experienced mentors, and help shape the aerodynamic tools and components of a competitive Formula 1®car.

Graduate Aerodynamics Engineer

Focus: Aerodynamic Concept Design & Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse CFD and wind tunnel test data to assess performance
  • Support the generation and optimisation of aerodynamic concepts in line with development plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and whole‑car aero strategy
  • Communicate key findings, threats, and opportunities clearly to senior engineers

Preferred Skills

  • Good understanding of fluid dynamics and CFD analysis
  • Experience using CAD for aerodynamic modeling
  • Passion for innovation and performance optimisation

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Aerospace, Aerodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, or Design), or equivalent
  • Ideal for candidates with a degree and up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong technical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and eager to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technical tools such as CAD, CFD, simulation platforms, and coding environments
  • A passion for motorsport and a drive to contribute to the success of a Formula 1® team
