ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about numbers and motorsport? Ready to put your finance skills to the test in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? This is your chance to kickstart your career in the world of finance and motorsport. We’re looking for a driven and analytical Finance Graduate to join our dynamic Accounts Department. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the accounting function. This includes purchase ledgers, sales ledgers, project and credit control, and banking.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Raising and issuing sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Working closely with our sales team to ensure prompt invoicing.
  • Resolving customer account inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Payment allocation and credit control.
  • Monitoring existing jobs to ensure prompt invoicing.
  • Posting bank payments and receipts.
  • Checking purchase ledger statements on Business Central.
  • Inputting of purchase invoices.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong in numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
  • A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette.
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills especially with Excel.
  • A collaborative problem-solver who builds trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience with accounting software systems.
