Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Build Specification Engineer to own and manage the car’s documented technical definition and build specifications for each event. You will define what is fitted to each car, when, and in what configuration, coordinating design, production, assembly and race operations to ensure technical coherence and readiness. This role requires an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of a modern F1 car, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a proactive approach.
