We have an opportunity for an Electronics Hardware Calibration Technician to join the team at our Silverstone facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the calibration and validation of all electronic hardware systems used in our racing operations. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Responsibilities
- Performing calibration and validation of all electronic systems in line with performance requirements
- Identifying and rectifying calibration issues and ensuring the reliability of all electronics
- Support the development of calibration procedures and test routines
- Engaging in data analysis and providing insights to enhance system performance
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering/Electronics) or similar, or equivalent
- Experience with the calibration of electronic systems, preferably in the motorsport sector
- Strong understanding of electronic hardware and associated software
- Experience with motorsport data acquisition and telemetry systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python, particularly for automation tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
