We are now looking for a passionate and talented Engine Engineer to join our expanding Engine Engineering team. You will play a key role in the development, optimisation, and delivery of high-performance engines for our motorsport programmes.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and validation of high-performance engines.
  • Conducting data analysis, IC Engine calibration, dyno testing, and performance correlation activities.
  • Working closely with design and build teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Preparing post event reports and bulletins to include event and performance analysis of the engine.
  • Providing hands‑on support for engine builds, dyno sessions, and event operations.
  • Helping to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to improving performance aspects, including identifying and resolving technical issues.

We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Educated to BEng or MEng degree level in Motorsport Engineering/Technology, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Thorough understanding of internal combustion engines and their systems.
  • A genuine passion for motorsport and a drive to progress within a high‑performance engineering environment.
  • Have a meticulous attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship and team building skills, and share our determination to deliver the very best results.
  • Pride yourself on delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar engine engineering role in motorsport. This can include racing or rallying.
