What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
- You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers.
- Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans.
- Ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
- Drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
- Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management abreast of business dynamics by maintaining open lines of communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team across geographies to understand business trends and forecasts, consolidating input to management.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
- Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
- Ensure the sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
